Congrats on making it to your first winter! 🎉 That’s a big step in Don’t Starve Together. Winter can definitely be overwhelming, but with some solid strategies, you’ll get through it. Here are a few tips to help you out:

• Keep your Thermal Stone hot by leaving it near a fire before heading out. Pair it with a Winter Hat or Beefalo Hat for extra warmth.

Spiders: Monster meat can be turned into meatballs with a Crock Pot (combine 1 monster meat with 3 filler like berries or ice). Ice is super useful as a filler!

• Use long evenings to craft, organize your supplies, and cook food.

Y-level -58 to -59 is still the best spot, but it can help to look for exposed diamonds in large caves instead of only strip mining. Sometimes you can find several veins in one area if you explore the caves around that level. Also, don’t forget Fortune enchantments if you find any diamonds.It makes such a difference. Try enchanting books until you get Fortune III and use it on a diamond pickaxe. You’ll get way more from each ore block.

Yes, I had the same problem. It seems to be a common bug. A lot of players mentioned it on EA’s bug report forum, so hopefully, they’ll fix it soon. I’d recommend saving often because the game has been a bit glitchy since the update

Ugh, the same issue is driving me nuts! I’m also on PC. No fix yet, but I heard the devs are aware of it. Fingers crossed they patch it soon!
